Auntie Michele and the Cousins...

A couple weeks ago, my sister and her two kids visited us during their spring break from Colorado.  They arrived late in the evening from LAX and Samantha wanted to stay up to greet them.

It was basically bedtime right when they got here.

The next day we lounged around and caught up.  Both kids were so excited to see their cousins.  For lunch we headed to Taffy's for video games and noodles.

After naps, we walked down to State Street to catch the  Downtown-Waterfront Electric Shuttle

Only a $1 for all 6 of us to ride, best deal in town ;)

We took the shuttle down to the beach and headed over to The Fish House

just in time for happy hour!
Michele and I decided to keep the happy hour going and headed down to Blush to meet up with friends.

And a last stop at Indochine.
All the while the kiddos were cozy at home watching movies with Uncle Todd.

More to come...

Junior League Gala

We were very lucky to have been invited by the amazing Paskin family to the Junior League of Santa Barbara's annual gala fundraiser.

We did some pre-party prom posing

My other date ;)

I wasn't kidding about the prom,we called a taxi and a limo showed up.

The event was held at the beautiful Coral Casino.

The theme this year was Dr. Seuss so everyone was dressed in bright colors, so fun!

Looking beautiful in orange, Jillian, was due any day (she actually had a baby girl yesterday)!!

Todd and I hijacked Chris and Laurie's photobooth moment, sorry guys!

Thank you Mike and Sarah - so generous!

We left the gala and headed to The Savoy

where we danced the night away!

Windy

Thatcher loves napping with Windy.

Windy was given to Samantha by my dad when she was just a year old.
