Shortly after I got my Apple Watch in late 2019, I saw that I was only walking about 5K steps a day and I decided to double that starting 1/1/20. Sometimes I am walking around the block close to midnight but I went years before breaking this streak!
And then I decided I would close my move, stand and exercise rings every day. Again, went years before breaking this.
I joined StarCycle and I loved the workout and community but eventually the pandemic ruins that workout for me. Side note, spinning does not give you steps....
