Thatcher turns 7!

Thatcher's birthday gifts from my parents had been in the office for months. He FINALLY was able to open them. Although I am pretty sure he had "accidentally" put a tear or two in the packaging prior.

Thatcher had his first birthday party since he was 3-years-old! For the past few years he has chosen Legoland (twice) and Disneyland, and now that he has amusement parks out of his system, he was ready for a party.

Todd set up an obstacle course for the kids and timed them to get a winner.

Pizza and a movie.

The parents got banished to our small kitchen because we were being too loud.

Must have been a chilly evening!

Cake!

Bottle Flipping

Another day, another gift!

Thatcher closing his eyes so that Grandma Marilyn can surprise him!

Pogo stick!

Even Sam received a gift!

More gifts arrived!

Auntie Holley shouldn't have!

A Minion fart gun.

She really shouldn't have!

Birthday dinner with Grandma at Mesa Cafe (the birthday that just kept on going and going)

Still going... Time for the school celebration.

Blenders for his classmates!

Chocolate banana!

Cheers!

Random February Photos

Our new house is just a hop, skip and a jump from the Parker and Mochi families.

A lot of back and forth between this crew.

I about died when Leanne showed up with Dixie in a dog stroller!

I think she wants out!

Not too old, yet, to play dress-up!

Dixie is very popular.

Sleepovers.

Looks like fake sleeping to me.

This may be real sleeping but not 100% sure.

Super Bowl party!

Trying to remember why he has a toilet paper neck tie (I think we were going to let the kids go out and TP?!).

We were in a houseful of Falcon fans. I think they let it slide that Thatcher had on a Patriots sweatshirt since he was a 6-year-old.

Rainy days = Zodos = Candy

After basketball bike ride.

Thatcher was pouting because he didn't want to go.

And smiling on the way back. Nothing like a bike ride to turn things around.

Soccer under a beautiful sky.

Borrowed this table from the neighbors, it just fits our small space. (Those shoes are new, normally they wouldn't be on the table) ;)

Grammy Party.

Sweet sleepy kid.

Actually two sleeping kids. Only problem is they fell asleep in our bed.

Celebrating Bess!

We were WAY last minute on Valentine's Day card making. We basically threw these together the morning of.

Still half asleep.

Todd always gives me two cards for all occasions.

Daddy had to help and do a few to get us to school on time. That's Todd trying to write like a 6-year-old.

Thatcher's football Valentine's box.

Lollipop can get herself into the most flexible positions. I call this the cinnamon roll.

The kids and I watched this happen while driving through Chick-fil-a during one of the SB rain storms! Thankfully no one was in those cars.

Thatcher's first sleepover at Mateo's.

Cards with this crew.

Followed by a concert from Hudson and Todd.

The usual after a sleepover.

Mesa Burger!

First grade journal writing.

The words started flowing when he borrowed my shades.

Saying goodbye to Auntie Holley's house for good.

Celebrating Sara!

Threw together a last minute happy hour!

Which consists of finding any and all food from the freezer/fridge that will satisfy a bunch of hungry kids.

Love this picture. Poor sweet Clyde went to doggy heaven this past week.

Instead of elbows off the table, it is a constant battle to take his glove and ball off the table!

Entertaining themselves at baseball practice.

Todd refinishing the "new" table!

Baking!

Just plain weird.

Mesa Cafe art.

Mike flew Todd and Adam for a quick weekend getaway to Vegas.

Apparently they only were in the plane because this is all the pictures I saw...

Sam's third grade pollination project.

Documenting ways to attract pollinators for our yard.

We actually have a ton of peaches and apples right now!

The apples are about three times the size now.

Climbing around.
