Papa and Grandma Robinson came up to see Samantha this weekend.

We walked up to the Mission to see the I Madonnari festival

Our close friend Holley Malia hosted another fabulous pool party this weekend. Samantha loves dipping her toes in the water!

Its sort of a long story.....but the State Street Dog who carries the Cat who carries the Rat ended up at our house over the weekend.

We have FINALLY closed on our home in Santa Barbara. Built in the 1920's, the house needs a little work.....actually a lot :)

This first project was to clear out all the overgrown landscaping. Here are some before pics of the outside of the house:

The 40 foot Italian Cypress Trees had to go!!

And the Juniper (Topiary Puffballs) had to go!!!

After the jungle had been cleared we realized how much more work we have to do:

Next step is tenting for termites and then we can start on the interior.

I would not normally let Samantha date at this age, but since Connor did open the door for her, I will allow it this one time.
