Visiting Gwendolyn's special place and decorating it with some flair, just like she likes it!
Samantha had been curious about Gwendolyn's burial site and Victoria was happy to share it with us.
We decorated, watered plants and made sure her area was all nice and neat.
We will keep visiting and decorating and remembering Gwendolyn always.
Happy hour bike ride to the funk zone.
A stop at Brophy's on the ride home.
Then at stop at the Mochi's for a ping pong game, inside?!?!
Sweet Stella.
Shrimp cocktail and cocktails at the Pirozzi's.
Heart cappuccinos while I work at The Good Cup.
Sam's special spot to read.
Close. Not really.
October beach walks are the prettiest.
Happy Hour at The Point.
I am counting the days until the time change!
Lights out.
Lolly's faces are my favorite.
Lolo got dropped off at Leadbetter for a playdate and paddled out to see Sam.
Again, I miss beach weather!
These two. I saw them coming towards me and I was unsure what was before me.
Full on mud baths!
All clean.
And smooth I would imagine.
After-spa sushi dinner.
Thatcher is what I am looking at in this picture.
What is he doing?
Another picture for the Lovin' Spoonful slideshow.
Shea Shea turned 8 with a pool party!
If you can find a dog more obsessed with food than this old lady, let me know.
Coffee Bean breakfast for a Peabody fundraiser.
Celebrating Sarah's birthday with Brophy's and a bike ride.
Which ended up being a bike crash. Everyone was okay. ;)
Sarah's birthday turned into one big playdate by the time the kids got home from school.
Mateo had his first sleepover with Thatcher.
While we were at a Back to School party at the neighbors.
Weekend bike ride.
Downstairs Brophy's.
Every once in a while I let Sam have a Coke. Which is funny because her eyes water and it's hard for her to finish it despite the long straw.
Sweet Roo Roo. He loves Lollipop. I can hear him now, "Ohhhhh Lollipop! I love you!"
But seriously, find me a dog that begs more than Lollipop.
She's so sweet though most of the time.
After soccer club dinner at Mesa Cafe.
Lollipop turned TEN!
A tub of cheese for a gift.
Not sure what to say here.
Spending time with Lolo while her parents were in NYC.
Lolo is the most social 9-year-old I know. Here she is face-timing another friend and setting up more playdates.
Filming videos.
Somehow that iPad arranged for a spa party over at Alexis' house with her babysitter since her parents were out of town too.
Leanne had a beautiful dinner party at her home for her birthday.
My ride came to pick me up with these two that were up way past their bedtime.
The next morning I had a VERY early flight to SFO.
You either have to leave WAY before your meeting when flying SBA to SFO or risk missing the meeting altogether (fog always seems to be an issue). Thus, conference room party of one for hours....
Then on the flip side, getting from SFO to SBA is an absolute nightmare. It's usually a very delayed flight and a cocktail or two in the airport catching up on work.
All of a sudden it rains in California....
Poor Todd, word is out that he can make a pretty good sign for parties.
Caroline turned 7 and a spa party was in order.
