Reunited!
It took Kieren's birthday to get them together again after spending the summer together doing baseball and camps. We need to be better at playdates ;)
The hottest HOTTEST day sitting in San Marcos High School stands watching soccer.
We were all crouched under beach umbrellas because there was no shade and apparently there was wind because this happened.
I do not recall a breeze AT ALL.
Catching a flight before the sun was even up.
I always like to say goodbye to the kids no matter what time it is but Thatcher wouldn't wake up so I face timed when I got on the plane. I still don't think he ever opened his eyes.
Later!
Off to NC!
Happy Hour
Burning the midnight oil. I promise we get the best work done, late at night with beverages.
Face timing with the fam.
Work Ronda.
I loved this sign in the client's break room.
The Angus Barn is always a must!
Our group was lucky enough to get the grand tour!
So many hidden areas in this place.
The ones that were "in jail" I am sure are mighty expensive.
Definitely in the South.
I had forgotten to give this to Holley to put in her shoe at her wedding so re-gifted it to V.A. who was getting married in a few weeks. GMM had a big year for weddings!
I wasn't able to make her wedding but she sent me this photo.
No signs of any kale around this area.
Just a lot of fried food and cheese.
Work trips aren't so bad with this crew!
McConnell's!
No school means I have to find entertaining places for the kids while I have to work. Guess Mesa Cafe wasn't good enough for Thatcher.
She speeds through so many books each week. I used to be able to do that. One day I will again!
Guard dog.
Sam still wears this night gown that was handed down from her Cousin Lauren although it's getting pretty tiny!
Leanne invited us as her guests to the Community Environmental Council Green Gala that she and Elizabeth put on.
Welcoming in the paddlers from the Friendship Paddle fundraiser.
A weekend in carp at Brady's beach house.
Kids all showered and headed to dinner.

We started to notice a huge storm cloud coming our way and it began to rain.
Everyone started checking phones and clearing off the beach.
We just waited it out.
Turns out right in our backyard on the Mesa in Santa Barbara a microburst was happening!
Quick work trip to SF.
Boss lady.
Then back to SFO to SBA and home all in the same day!
Our neighborhood Vons has the world's longest lines.
The Mochi's sitter is so sweet and took this crew to the Gaucho game.
Making slime at the O'Flynns.
Piano lessons....
While these two are bugging the heck out of everyone in the room.
Cute crew.
Love Sammy's card to her bestie.

Playdates at Boston's are always interesting.
Samantha and her friends have been biking on their own to the harbor for lunch. I watch them until they turn the corner and then stare at the clock for the next couple hours. I got used to this last summer with Jr. Guards but this time it's not camp, it's just these tweens being social and having lunch dates! So cute but so mature. 😬
Thatcher took a horrible spill on his bike.
This kid keeps us on our toes!
Crawfish BBQ
Always time for some flamenco dancing.
These are fake glasses but she looks so cute reading with them on.
Quinny loves Lollipop!
No words.
I think the socks and beanie really add to the outfit though.
Blake and Hayley's 9th birthday party sleepover.
Sea monsters!
Our sweet babysitter and friend, Kate, was running cross country right around the corner from us. She was so focused and didn't even look our way when we were yelling at her to smile. Or else she was embarrassed of us!
Brophy's (and the Harbor Market)
Closing down the party at the Mochi's
