Mother's Day 2018

From Sammy. Love that she thinks I am "dope".

From Thatcher. 342 pounds?! I definitely had a favorite child on Mother's Day this year.

Todd always gets the best cards.

Cocktails with the ladies.

Then a picnic with the neighborhood.

Perfect Mother's Day🌹

Mother's Day 2017

Mother's Day kicked off with a party in Thatcher's class.

First we were showered with gifts.

My new favorite candle!

This was the funniest thing ever. I love that he associated me with being RICH! I'll take it ;)

And then the Sing!

I am pretty sure Mrs. Howe does this ever year. She has the kids sing "True Colors" along with sign language and then all the moms start crying.

Video: "True Colors"

As if one time wasn't enough (it was like a five minute song), some parents came in late so guess what, they did it again! Ten minutes of crying.

Actual Mother's Day, more gifts!

Todd always wins for the best cards!

Biking to brunch.

Chuck's Waterfront Grill.

Thatch got his "dippy eggs".  I wonder when he is going to start calling them over-medium?

Who knows what this is about, it's been so long!

Quick ride back home and then off to baseball for Thatcher's first play-off game.

A win for Thatcher but even better than that was playing Jack's team and getting to continue Mother's Day together with the neighborhood.

These two were so animated playing ping pong!

Mother's Day 2016

Mother's Day kicked off with some kindergarten sweetness.

Another masterpiece to add to our shelf from ceramics class.

Thank you, Thatcher, for ratting me out about the frozen dinners. ;)

Could have been worse.

Samantha joined us for the kindergarten brunch because after first grade I am guessing the cute-sy celebrations at school for things like Mother's Day are sadly few and far between.

More gifts on actual Mother's Day.

Then these guys made us breakfast.

While we did this.

After brunch we had some kid-free time with some Mesa mommas.

Then back to the neighbors where the kids helped make dinner and

Video: the band and dance party commenced!
