End of 3rd and 5th Grade

All the things that happened before school was out for summer!

Sam's 5th place team took 1st in the "Walk Through The American Revolution"

Lot's of artwork!

Sam's notes from her interior design project on Sarah.

Sam wrote several papers and this is a good one to bring out in case she ever asks for video games. Actually she's asking for social media now, I think the same should apply. 🤣

We've decided that Thatcher inherited my penmanship. I actually began typing regularly in 7th grade (on an old school typewriter 🤣) because I never got the hang of "bubble" letters like most girls seemed to have. With everything moving to online at this point, I think Thatcher can put his pencil away.

Thatcher was put in a project-based learning group at Peabody for 3rd grade. It is where he had the most confidence and success.

I've got all these papers saved. Sam wrote and wrote and wrote in 5th grade!

But look at Thatcher's cursive! 😎

Thatcher complains about always having to journal at school. I love it because he comes home with a binder at the end of the year with some gems.

The phonetic spelling is so good!

😂

I hope every child gets to have a teacher like Mrs. Craviotto at least once - it makes a huge difference! Our family was lucky to have her for both kids and Thatcher got her twice!

Thatcher wants everyone to know he has "abbs" 🤣

He's dream vacation is staying in a mansion in the Bahamas with a servant who makes him Nutella pancakes every morning, then surfing for four hours and then sushi for dinner. 😎

Sometimes I can't make out what he is trying to say. I got the Costa Rica part and picking up dog poop...I think "bonyer gordes" is "junior guards" 🤔 😂

Must have been some book. 😳

Not sure the "party" table was a good idea for Thatcher. 🤣

I may need to send this to Steph Curry. 😊

I like that he didn't leave out we went to a winery over the holiday. 🥂

end of the year class ice cream parties!

Last days of drama with Emma Jane!

Soon to be 6th graders!

Yearbook signing.

1st day of school!

Last day of school!

1st day...

Last day!

4th grade benchmark for Thatcher in reading is great!

3rd grade benchmark for Thatcher in math means he didn't try during this test. 🤷‍♀️
