Reading books in the tree.
This is me on a mission to harvest every avocado from the tree.
Spring pool days.
More guitars for the Fallon collection of instruments. Thanks Holley for increasing the noise in our house ;)
The test run for our second annual Peabody Paint and Pour fundraiser we host with the Kelly's and the Scherman's.
We stepped it up this year with a more difficult painting than our sunset last year and did the Santa Barbara Mission. Some turned out better than others. I will not point out which one is mine but from far away they don't look too bad.
Evening swim and dinner with the Chesluck family.
Cool to watch the outrigger boats fly on by as the sun was setting.
Off to Sophie's 8th birthday party! The invite said to dress fancy.
I arrived to pick her up and she was in full makeup with hair done.
Walking the runway.

Even little brothers got in on the fashion shoot action ;)
Yay, Holley in town!
Which means late nights at Auntie Holley's house.
Lollipop has a lot of space in the new ride.
I was leaving Holley's house and saw this cute mailbox and looked closer and saw the cute dogs in the window.
I've embraced the van fully now that I can have all these sweet faces in my ride.
I should add that I can even fit two more!
Todd's (not my Todd) 40th birthday party at the local golf course.
It was a tennis and golf themed party.
Bess and I do not like our photo taken.
They played the most hilarious birthday video for Todd with birthday wishes from his friends and family.
The photo ops were endless.
Cioppino and Vino party at Shoreline.
Todd and I have gotten good at supporting other school fundraisers.
While the adults dined on yummy fish stew and wine, the kids did this:
Dinner at the McFadden's
The mom's dined on something WAY better than Dominos pizza. ;)
We had soccer and softball overlapping at one point so the families would bring dinner to the field.
I kept to my no TV rule during the week throughout the school year and there was a lot of this which makes me happy.
Angel's Foster Care fundraiser at the Biltmore.
Need to step up my selfie game but baby John John is all you need to see! This is my friend Erin's son who met us in the Biltmore lounge for drinks after the Angel's event. He was making everyone laugh!
After party at Bess' house where I missed the memo to bring cozy clothes to change into.
Auntie Bess was all about showing Sam how to kick box.
Meet the newest members of the Santa Barbara Soccer Club 07 White Team. We are all registered and ready to begin training in just a few weeks.
This bird was freaking me out on my sunroof window.
Freaky!
Cruise ship season has started in SB!
Downstairs lunch at Brophy's. I was trying to figure out why Sam was in her basketball uniform in April because the season was over but I now remember it was Jersey Day at school. Sam chose basketball and Thatch chose soccer.
Neighborhood dinner at Mary's.
The night ended with some song and dance.
This was about an hour before we were supposed to leave to go and host the actual Paint and Pour party. Todd was still painting the sample painting...
It was wet and not quite finished but we had to load it in the van anyway.
Hostesses
The food was AMAZING!
Art instruction on point.
Super fun families and teachers from our school.
We did realize at one point that the Mission can look a little like something else midway through painting. Whoopsie!
We recovered from that after A LOT of laughs and the canvases began to transform into the Mission, thankfully.
Sammy's little buddy, Roo-Roo.
