Lollipop stuck in a cup.
Relaxin' after her fight with the cup.
Beach walks with my bestie.
Driveway workouts.
Yes, I see you Thatcher.
Thatcher celebrated his 100th day of school.
The kindergarteners paraded around campus with their homemade capes.
This is the first time Todd did not help him with a school art project. He used a black sharpie to draw what he thought were 100 happy faces (not sure he even had 50).
Downstairs at Brophy's
Which turned into Endless Summer with Mesa friends.
Thatcher trying to keep up with the big boys.
Beach day at Campus Point with friends.
Our friend's son, Jack, celebrated his birthday with pizza and cup cakes on the beach.
Even Todd made it in the waves this day.
This kid is CONSTANTLY writing thank you notes. As soon as he finishes a batch, more are due!
We set up shop at the Coffee Bean this particular day to get them over with.
He's thoroughly enjoying himself as you can see.
Sick day which truly was just a day of, "too tired to get out of pajamas" so we snuggled on the couch and read books together. My kind of sick day!
My running route is not too bad.
Trail run with Lollipop.
The Costco sample lady must have been sick of Thatcher taking multiple ice cream sandwich bites because I turned around to see him eating an entire sandwich. She knew how to get rid of him!
Bike ride to shoreline for a playdate with Rio.
My kind of playdate is when you can set up shop at Shoreline Cafe.
Bess' wine tasting surprise party!
We trolleyed around in the valley and had a blast!
Not a bad place to end the night!
Quick trip to Texas for work.
And by quick, I think I was on the plane longer than I actually was in Texas.
Sadly, this queso and chips was the only (not sure it qualifies since it was from the Airport hotel) Texas fare I had time for.
Short but sweet trip with the Grey Matter girls.
Samantha and Will having running races while their younger siblings are at baseball practice.
Sofia turned the big 4-0!
Sofia's husband pulled out all the stops for her that evening including a private room at Telegraph Brewery for dinner, drinks and some music.
Next up, sunset cruise on the Landshark.
Party hopping over to another birthday party for Coach Jules!
There were 500 photos like this on my phone.
Sam played in her first club soccer game. They were short players and invited her to play. At this point she STILL hadn't made the team but all that trying out stuff is finally over as she was officially invited to the WHITE team a few weeks ago. Oh and then there is the GOLD All Star softball team she just made. We are just taking it one day at a time on what we have just committed ourselves to with regards to sports.
Thatcher went on a 5-mile hike with his kindergarten buddy, Mateo.
The only drum set we will ever "own" is the one that stays put at Detar Music.
A pile of dirt is like a magnet for this child.
CPK fundraiser for our school where we could drop our kids off to become pizza chefs for the day.
80s party for the San Roque Super Club we joined. I have really perfected my 80s flair.
