Happy 1st Birthday Thatcher!

Happy 1st Birthday Thatchie Boy!  This year has gone by FAST!!!  We had a little family celebration tonight for the little guy.  He got some new trucks (it was nice to buy trucks instead of makeup), a pizza party, cake and lots of hugs and kisses from all of us!

Animal Month at Preschool

Each month is a new theme at Sam's preschool.  February was all about animals and I love all the fun art projects she brought home.

 

During animal sharing week Samantha was supposed to bring Lollipop in for a visit.  After some careful consideration we decided it was probably not a good idea since Lollipop tends to get nervous around a lot of little kids.

The next best thing was to bring in a picture of Lollipop.

Happy Due Date to Me!

Exactly one year ago today, baby Fallon #2 was due.  He/She (we didn't know what we were having) was supposed to arrive on my dear friend Marina's birthday (Happy Birthday M!). 

When my due date came and went, I became anxious (nervous), uncomfortable (miserable) and impatient (cranky). Baby Fallon had other plans on when his/her birthday would be. 

I think this beautiful, perfect face was well worth the wait:

I love the way Sam pronounces some of her words.

And sometimes she misinterprets what I am saying because the other day when I told her it was President's Day she exclaimed, "PRESENT'S DAY!  Ohhhhhhhh, what did you get me?!?!?!?"
