The End of Daylight Savings Time

We are LOVING the time change over here in the Fallon household.  A certain almost 3 year old has been going to bed in the 8 o' clock range (MUCH IMPROVED from her usual bedtime) and although little Thatcher is waking up EARLY, 5:30 AM, we are not complaining.

I love the extra time in the morning to enjoy a cup or two of coffee with just Thatcher.  I have even contemplated going to the gym before everyone else gets up, that hasn't happened yet though ;)

Thatcher and I watch the sun rise together and practice things like saying the all important first word, "MAMA"!!

A couple hours later my other Snowman wakes up to join the party :)

Mr. Mom

I am pretty lucky in that my husband is such an amazing father.  He never thinks twice when I ask him to take both kids (and sometimes the dog too).  Whether it is for me to go out with my girlfriends, run errands or just to have a break, he always jumps at the chance to take care of them. And lucky me, I always receive photo updates :

Not surprising that Samantha ran into something and hit her head...

Taffy's for dinner is always a hit

Halloween 2010

The pictures say it all, Halloween 2010 was a success:

Pumpkin Carving

On Friday evening we had some friends over to carve pumpkins.

The Fallon Pumpkins

Preschool Halloween Parade

On the Friday before Halloween we attended Samantha's Preschool Halloween Parade.

Mrs. Katie made a perfect Snow White and Sam's friend Madeline a cute Mermaid

All the students paraded out to the front of the school and were greeted by the local high school  (or jr. high?) band.

And here is Sam dancing (more like jumping) to the music.
