We decided to mix it up this morning and instead of going to the zoo we went to the Museum of Natural History. Samantha loved checking out the animal exhibits and exploring the Butterfly Garden.

Weekend with Connor Part II

I am so bummed, I accidentally deleted the first half of the day's pictures on my camera. I got great shots of the kids having breakfast in their pj's, a trip to the Farmer's Market, Silver Greens for lunch and some hilarious pictures of them with laundry baskets on their heads....ahhhhh so frustrating!

Anyways, we had a great rest of the day at Shoreline Park and then went out for Pizza.

A Weekend With Connor Part 1

We are watching Connor this weekend while his parents have a getaway in Cambria. This is his first overnight trip away from his parents and so far so good.

The kids started off the day by playing trucks in the dirt. At least there are two people that are enjoying our non-landscaped yard.

You can see that Samantha is about to fall asleep. I purposely kept her up until almost 2 PM to sync her nap better with Connors (she normally naps at noon).

We decided to let them sleep in the same room. Connor was an angel and went right to sleep even amidst Samantha's "No Night Night" fit.

Samantha finally fell asleep and I gave her strict instructions to remain in her own crib!

A Visit from the Fam

Grandma and Grandpa came up from Riverside and Auntie Michele and her kids, Dylan and Lauren, came out from Colorado.

We browsed the Farmers Market, ate Pinkberry (which has been in Santa Barbara for awhile now and I finally tried it for the first time, I think it is worth the hype - so yummy!), ate dinner at Brophys and made a trip to the zoo.
